Well damn. Its been another year since I updated this blog. And again a lot has happened in my TF2 career.
Where to start....
Well in the last blogpost i made a year ago I mentioned how I was leaving my old team continuity. We had just finished our division 4 in season 9. We almost won the div however it was so close we ended up coming joint third.
Our team revolved around our demoman Zethzio. And all our tactics made it so we could utilize our demoman to the fullest. Bombing both soldiers in for damage etc
I have no problem admitting that our demoman carried us. And this unfortunately led to him wanting to seek a different team so he could play to his potential. With half our roster quitting the lineup. I decided to also leave to find a team that I could reach my potential with.
However we did not part on such bad terms as we all went to the insomnia lan i43 together.
We did fairly well considering most of the team had to use bad laptops. We made it out of the group stages and got 13th place in the tournament which is a good achievement considering.
After lan me and continuity parted ways. It was kinda sad at first however I knew the team wouldn't be the same without our old roster. Because I wanted to try go for div 3 team I started trialing.
I found that no teams that were going to play at the level I wanted were looking so I managed to get some game experience with a team called elemental violence.
This team has been around for a very long time and because of datenshi and shrikes relationship we always used to mix together. The reformed after season 9 and because their medic Ace was unavailable to play I merced medic for them.
Before I played for EV I used to think that i was the best medic in the world. And the only problems I had were that of the others around me. However playing with EV for a extended period of time taught me valuable lessons. Mainly how much I still had to learn as a main caller and medic.
I had to push myself every day they needed me to play.
I wanted to prove to the team that I could be as good as Ace if I put work in.
I improved so much when playing with them I felt very confident when Ace came back I could leave and join a top div 3 team. However this wasn't the case. I trialed for a large number of teams and even formed one. However none of the teams worked out for me (snt geroge a team I formed kicked me out because of a clash in personalities)
By this point i had gone to university so I took a break for a number of months.
However the drinking at university got old. And as my course gave me a lot of free time and I had broken up with my awful uni girlfriend I decided I wanted to get back into TF2. I joined Elemental violence as a backup medic and began studying demos and practicing with the team as much as I could. The members of EV are some of the best friends in TF2 I have ever had. Ethug and Zethzio were in my old team continuity and the others I got to know really well.
Playing backup medic for EV was amazing I did not get a lot of game time only once or twice a week. However I learnt so much from watching them play and they always drove me to improve all the time. However it got to the point where I was tired of only playing backup medic. So I decided to make a big decision and form a new team. A team I was going to stick with no matter what.
The team is called the Andy bones experience
This is all for this update. Part 2 will be posted when I feel keen enough :)

Time for another update.
Well it has been a long time since my last update so here goes...
After trialing for a bunch of teams (most of which didn't cut it) I finally found myself a loving home.
Continuity seemed to have everything I was looking for in a team :
1. Stability (They have been around since season 7 and everyone get on with each other ...kinda)
2. Defiantly playing in Div4. After improving a great deal since I was cut from Good at last I needed to show them I was capable of playing div4 and this team looked like it would give me what I needed.
3. Awesome players. I have met some really nice guys who are really amazing at TF2.
We began training very regularly each night and entered the Wireplay tf2 season 8 and ETF2L season 9
we won our wireplay division and came 2nd in the overall playoffs. Which is really good :D. People began to notice us a little after this as we were beating teams that I had lost too before in previous teams. It was a amazing feeling of progression.
I also attended my first ever lan I42. It was amazing getting to meet some of the guys I've been speaking to for ages in the flesh. Getting to meet the Fleshlight guys who helped me out so much was really awesome. Looking forward to attending I43 with Continuity in August
However our ETF2L season 9 was not as successful as we would have hoped
We had the closest division out of all of div4. At the end we had the final between 2stronk. With our loss we ended up in 4th place just outside a medal position. This is disappointing however for us to do as well as we did in this season surprised us. Before the season we lost our pocket soldier due to exams and had to shuffle the roster around. That being said if we would have won that match we would have come first :D
This being said we have just finished a almost 3 week break from TF2 with our team mates enjoying the summer sun :)
A much needed break from TF2 to look back and asses our mistakes is invaluable.
My next step is to improve my fundamentals of the medic class and keep up with maincalling even though i am not the maincaller for Continuity after switching with our demoman. I don't feel how I felt after my first season of ETF2L. Being in a stable team environment means I am looking nowhere but up.
So here is looking forward to see were this team takes me.
Next stop div 3 :D

Woa ...
Holy crap ..I haven't updated this thing for a very long time. Well it is 2011 now so I might as well tell you what has been going on.
First off The greater good is no more . That team died a long time ago leaving no support for the tf2 side. Therefore we decided to fold it. When that folded I took our best players at the time, Piggeh and Charizard, and merged it with an existing team good at last. We played the rest of the AFS and won divison 6 .
After that things got a little ugly. Good at last got rid of me because I was bad. This was when I decided to actually try and get good at this game as until that moment I was unaware of my lack of skill and understanding of the game. So i took the feeback from Good at last and got mentored up. Anyway after a while of studying how i play and improving my gamesense I decided to find a new team. I found a new one called Vuze gaming.
Vuze started off great. I had lots of fun and I felt I was improving a lot. However when 2 of our best players decided to move on from TF2 I noticed a steady decline in the teams motivation. This annoyed me quite a bit and sparked some tensions with other members of the team. SO i decided to call it quits on Vuze.
So this is where I am now..currently without a team and trailing for a new one.
This has covered almost half a year of time. Cool that I can condense it into smaller chunks.
